BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO ALL THAT FOLLOWS:

IMPORTANT NOTICE: I'm a hobbyist, I'm autistic and have a full time job, I'm adjusting to medications ; this is to say I don't have a set turnaround time.
I can take upwards of a couple months on a full piece. If that's not okay, I suggest you don't commission me.PROCESS & COMMUNICATION: I send wips for every major progression applicable to your commission ; rough sketch, any other passes of sketch stages, linework, coloring, shading, extra details.
If you'd like any updates outside of these you can message anytime and I'll send a wip ASAP!
Communication through Discord or Telegram is preferred!
I have a queue set up, once you've paid you will be added; here's the queuePAYMENTS: I take payments through PayPal, Cashapp, or I can set up a Ko-fi order for you if you can't use either. I take tips through my Ko-Fi as well if you'd like to support me and my work!
Payment plans can be arranged for orders over $75 total. DM me about it.
Payment is required for progress after initial rough/gesture sketches. I will not work on the commission any further until I've received payment.

ART USAGE: You may use, repost, or otherwise share your commissioned piece non-commercially however you'd like. Commissioned artwork is to be used by the commissioner, anyone else who's character is depicted and myself only.
You may not use commissioned work commercially.EXTRA INFO: If you're interested in something not listed here, or you just have a specific request (color scheme? backgrounds? headers? for example), please let me know!I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.I do NOT work with minors under any circumstances. Even SFW pieces.

REFUNDS:
haven't started - 100% refund
sketch - 70% refund
lineart - 40% refund
coloring/etc - no refundREVISIONS:Up to 2 minor revisions, or 1 major revision after I complete all sketch passes. Any more afterwards will have a fee.Please understand I put a lot of time and care in my art. These aren't negotiable.PRIVATE COMMS: Private commissions (never sharing publicly anywhere) will be a 25% fee of the commission price. Public posting with "anonymous" credit is completely free however, just ask me.
